Notice on the processing of CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS data
Pursuant to art.13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Cantina Sociale of Vinchio-Vaglio Serra (data controller) informs that, with regard to the data of its customers/suppliers (data subjects), only the personal data necessary for the management of business relations will be processed (personal details, address, tax code, VAT number, bank account number). Such data will be processed both digitally and on paper.

The data are processed in compliance with the current regulations in force, as to guarantee full respect for security and confidentiality. The data will be stored for the entire duration of the business relationship between the parties and for an additional period of 10 years.

In addition, the interested party, should they deem it appropriate, in relation to Cantina Sociale of Vinchio-Vaglio Serra processing their own data, has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
